Victoria is an experienced businesswoman, Executive Coach, Facilitator and designer of development events for leaders and managers. She has been working as a consultant, facilitator and coach since 1988. Victoria has a deep understanding of systemic and individual change which is particularly relevant in today's fast moving globalised business world.

Victoria is the founder of Cassells Consulting and co-founder of the Incite Alliance. Prior to this she was a Partner in a leading change consultancy, specialising in organisational and behavioural development. Victoria has gained a wealth of experience through earlier roles as a Business Systems Analyst, Major Projects Manager and Team Leader in IT.

She has significant experience in the Pharmaceutical, Finance, Construction, Retailing, Technology, Aerospace, Oil and Public sectors.

Victoria is a Founding Accredited Executive Coach with the Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision, and she is a Certified Supervisor of Coaches with the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Victoria is a qualified Gestalt therapist and Practitioner of Gestalt in Organisations which allied with her business and consulting experience makes her an effective and supportive coach and facilitator. Her clients have described her as "supportive, stimulating and stretching" in style.
