Victoria Cassells biography
Victoria specialises in organisation change and development, including facilitating intact teams in their business/operational planning; leadership development; senior team development and executive coaching. She has over seventeen years experience in this field.
Prior to setting up Cassells Consulting, Victoria was a partner in a leading organisation in the field of organisational development. She is also an associate of Henley Management College as part of the faculty on Leadership.
A particular interest is in working in the finance and engineering sectors and with cross-cultural senior teams. She has just completed the implementation of a global change project for a major oil company. Among her current clients are Morgan Stanley, BP Amoco, Hewlett Packard, ABN Amro, Deutsche Bank and PWC. In the retail sector Victoria had worked with Austin Reed, Marks and Spencer, Arcadia, Superdrug and Tesco.
Recent and current assignments include: Diagnosis and design of Corporate finance Partner Development Workshops; mediating between two Managing Directors in an investment banking environment; facilitating an intact operational team, working “live”, in situ on business issues and planning; working with a team in crisis in an oil company; facilitating consulting and facilitation skills programme for internal change agents; coaching twelve partners in a corporate finance environment; facilitation of Leading Through Change workshops in an IT organisation (Finland and Norway); advanced Negotiation for merchandisers; leadership development for clothing retail store managers; year long development programmes for potential Partner candidates in Central and Eastern Europe.
Before becoming a professional facilitator, Victoria was a Business Systems Analyst and in this capacity held a number of key managerial and leadership positions in blue chip organisations. Her experience has spanned systems development, business systems analysis, sales management and I.T. strategy. She has owned her own restaurant and a set up and led a music promotion business in Australia.
