Sabehia Mohamed is the founding Director of Sabehia Consulting and a member of The Incite Alliance. She has over 20 years’ experience in people management and organisational development. Sabehia’s mission is to help people and organisations unleash their potential to enhance work performance.

Sabehia is highly skilled in facilitating organisational change, effective team working and individual behavioural change.  Her approach is pragmatic and solution focused.  She is able to work at both ends of the spectrum of people management and organisational development; from developing HR strategy and policies, implementing competency frameworks and performance management systems, to running leadership and management development programmes, and executive coaching.    

Sabehia works nationally and internationally with senior civil servants and government ministers, and senior managers in the private sector.  Working with people from different cultures in Africa, South Asia and the Caribbean has heightened Sabehia’s awareness of, and sensitivity to the challenges facing people and organisations under difficult social, political and economic circumstances. She speaks English, French, German, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

Prior to establishing her own consulting business Sabehia spent eight years as a senior consultant with KPMG and Sheppard Moscow Limited.  She was formerly a human resources director for an education department of a local authority and personnel manager for a college of further education. 

Sabehia is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) and holds an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching. Sabehia has an MA in French and German, an Executive MBA, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
