Martha founded Morris Graham Associates (MGA) in 1988 and has been helping to transform organisations ever since. She is fascinated by the head and heart of businesses, and how people and organisations interact. She has a remarkable facility for building warm and responsive relationships through listening to and challenging leaders’ strategies and patterns. She discovers new energies in people and helps them transform the way they think, and develop positive chemistries that result in long-term change.

Martha has over 20 years experience consulting to corporate clients in many industries across Europe the Far East and the US. She manages large scale systemic change projects, engaging multiple sub-cultures inside complex client organisations to revolutionise business performance. She coaches individual senior leaders, facilitates transformational team development and does extensive work at the values level. Through removing barriers in team dynamics and creating alignment across the larger organisation, she enables her clients to achieve remarkable results. Specific skills include:

An International Studies graduate from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio), Martha worked and studied in Europe, gaining experience in the fields of international education and international human resource management, before joining Chemical Bank in New York in 1980, where she helped design and implement the Bank’s first leadership development programme. Based in London since 1982, Martha became Chief Operating Officer for Chemical’s Global Foreign Exchange and European Securities business.
